The Wheel of Confidence
Assess Where You Are, Discover Where to Grow, and Build Your Action Plan
The Wheel of Life is a classic coaching tool — we're adapting it specifically for confidence work. The Wheel of Confidence maps your confidence level across 10 key life and leadership dimensions. When you see the whole picture, you know exactly where to focus. No more vague "I need to be more confident." This shows you precisely which area to work on first.
PART 1: HOW TO DRAW YOUR WHEEL
The wheel is divided into 10 segments (one per dimension). Each segment is scored from 0 (center) to 10 (outer edge).
Step 1: For each dimension, assign a score from 0–10
0 = No confidence at all in this area | 10 = Complete, unshakeable confidence
Score based on your CURRENT reality — not where you want to be, and not on a good day. Honest average.
Step 2: Plot each score on the corresponding segment
Mark a dot at the score for each dimension. The center is 0, the outer ring is 10.
Step 3: Connect all the dots
Draw a line connecting all your dots. The shape you see is your Confidence Wheel — and it tells a story.
Step 4: Shade the interior of your shape
The shaded area represents your current confidence landscape. The goal isn't a perfect circle — it's a balanced, growing one.

The Benchmark Comparison
Based on data from thousands of coaching clients, here are typical score patterns and what they often indicate:
High professional confidence, low social confidence: Often indicates introversion, past rejection experiences, or a comfort with structure over spontaneity
High relationship confidence, low professional confidence: Often indicates someone who excels in heart-centered spaces but undervalues their professional expertise
Low physical confidence alongside low authentic self-expression: Often indicates deep body shame that is limiting overall visibility and expression
Uniformly low scores (all below 5): Typically indicates a core belief issue — often "I am fundamentally not enough"
