Start with a free 30-minute Breakthrough Session

This is a fit conversation, not a disguised promise that coaching is right for everyone.

  • Explain what feels stuck or important now.
  • Ask questions about Jen’s approach and expectations.
  • Hear an honest recommendation, including when another kind of support may fit better.
  • Receive the complete investment before making a commitment.
What can change

If you choose to continue

Jen builds the plan around the change you want to make. The usual starting point is 12 weeks of weekly 90-minute sessions, with the container adjusted when your needs call for something different.

01

A defined coaching focus

02

A clear session cadence

03

Agreed between-session support

04

Regular review of what is changing and what needs adjustment

How confidence coaching works before you commit

The process begins with a free 30-minute Breakthrough Session. You bring the decision, pattern, or change you want help with. Jen asks enough questions to understand the goal, explains how she works, and names whether the request appears to fit coaching rather than therapy, consulting, or another kind of support.

If the fit is mutual, Jen recommends a coaching scope and shares the full investment before you decide. A booking request is not an enrollment, and the fit conversation is not designed to manufacture urgency.

What to expect from the life coaching process

Sessions combine reflection with movement. You may map a recurring loop, test an assumption, prepare for a real conversation, or set a decision rule. The action between sessions is part of the work because it creates information that insight alone cannot provide.

Progress is reviewed in observable terms: choices made, boundaries communicated, promises kept or repaired, and time recovered from overthinking. Coaching does not guarantee a particular external result, but the process should remain connected to the change you came to make.

The process

From conversation to follow-through

1

Clarify the focus

Name the decision, pattern, or life area that would make the work meaningful.

2

Meet for focused 90-minute sessions

Explore what is underneath the pattern, practice a different response, and choose the next action.

3

Use the work in real life

Apply a prompt, experiment, boundary, conversation, or decision between sessions.

4

Review and adapt

Notice evidence of change, address what is not working, and adjust the plan rather than forcing a generic sequence.

A client’s experience
Jen helped me sort through the overwhelm, get clear on what I wanted, and map out a real plan. I finally left my old job and started building my own career, which I honestly didn’t think I’d have the courage to do before.

This may be a good fit if…

  • You are capable, but overthinking is slowing down choices that matter.
  • You want honest reflection, practical tools, and clear accountability.
  • You are willing to experiment, practice, and make decisions between sessions.

This is not the right support if…

  • You need diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or trauma therapy.
  • You want someone else to make your decisions for you.
  • You are looking for a guaranteed result without personal practice or follow-through.
Questions before you decide

Clear answers, before the call

Is coaching confidential?
Jen treats coaching conversations and records as private, subject to the limits described in the coaching agreement and applicable law. Review those terms before beginning.
What if coaching is not the right support?
Jen will say so. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or crisis care, and a licensed clinician may be a better fit for clinical mental-health needs.
When will I know if it is working?
Progress is reviewed through observable changes such as making a delayed decision, holding a boundary, following through, or responding differently to doubt. Timing varies by person and situation.
Your next step

You do not need perfect certainty to start a useful conversation.

Bring the decision, pattern, or change that has been taking up too much space. Jen will help you determine whether coaching fits.

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking service. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis support, and specific results cannot be guaranteed. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States.
