  • You want to practice speaking honestly in a supportive room.
  • You learn from hearing how other people work through similar patterns.
  • You want accountability and community without pretending everyone has the same story.
What can change

What the next group is intended to support

Why group confidence coaching can make practice feel more possible

Confidence struggles often feel uniquely embarrassing until you hear capable people describe the same loop: rehearsing a boundary, waiting for permission, or treating discomfort as proof of a bad decision. A thoughtfully facilitated group can replace isolation with recognition while keeping each person's choices their own.

A confidence coaching group is not a stage for forced vulnerability. Clear expectations, respectful participation, and practical exercises matter. Jen's future group format is intended to help members learn from one another without turning comparison or advice-giving into the loudest voice in the room.

What the self-trust group coaching interest list means

The next cohort's dates, size, session format, curriculum, and price are not being represented as final before they are final. Joining the interest list simply means you want those details when enrollment becomes available. It does not reserve a paid seat or create an obligation.

If you need support now, private coaching is the active coaching path. If community is central to how you want to learn, the list is the best way to hear when a real group offer is ready to evaluate.
