Hey, I’m Jen

I know what it feels like to lose trust in yourself.

For a long time, my life was built around survival. I went through things that changed how I saw myself, other people, safety, love, confidence, and the future. I learned how to keep going, but I did not always know how to feel grounded, clear, or in charge of my own life.

On the outside, I could push through.

On the inside, I was exhausted.

I second-guessed myself constantly. I overthought everything. I looked for answers outside of me because I did not fully trust the voice inside of me yet.

Then, a few years ago, a health coach helped me start coming back to myself.

At first, it looked simple: paying attention to what I was putting in my body, taking daily walks, slowing down, checking in with myself, and building small promises I could actually keep.

But those small things changed more than my health.

  • They changed how I made decisions.
  • They changed how I showed up.
  • They changed how I listened to myself.

They helped me move from burned out and reactive to grounded and intentional.

What I learned

Self-trust is not something you magically wake up with. It is something you rebuild — one honest choice at a time.

That is why I created Rise With Jen.

Now I help people in their 30s and 40s who look like they have it together on the outside, but inside feel exhausted from second-guessing, overwhelmed by options, and quietly stuck in the question: “Is this really it?”

I help you cut through the noise, identify what is actually keeping you stuck, and rebuild the kind of self-trust that holds up when life gets hard.

Real talk: I do not do toxic positivity. I do not do “just believe in yourself.” And I am not here to hand you a fake five-step formula that sounds good but falls apart in real life.

  • I do honest conversations.
  • I do practical tools.
  • I do grounded accountability.

I do the kind of coaching that helps you stop abandoning yourself and start moving with clarity, confidence, and follow-through.

Career coaching without someone telling you what to do

A decision about what comes next at work can affect your income, identity, responsibilities, timing, and the people around you. It deserves more than a pep talk.

I help you put the decision into words, separate what you know from assumptions and pressure, and find a useful next step. You decide what matters, how much weight it deserves, and what happens next.

Coaching is not résumé writing, recruiting, placement, occupational testing, therapy, or a service that selects a career for you. When another kind of expertise is needed, coaching should not pretend to replace it.

What I Stand For

  • Honesty over comfort.
  • Curiosity over judgment.
  • Self-trust over second-guessing.
  • Small promises over empty motivation.
  • Real growth over toxic positivity.
  • Your inner wisdom over outside noise.

Coaching, to me, is not about me having all the answers.

It is about asking the questions, offering the tools, and creating the space that helps you hear your own truth clearly enough to act on it.

Because you are not broken.

You are not behind.

You are not too much.

And you do not have to keep living like your past, your fear, or your self-doubt gets the final say.

You can rebuild trust with yourself.

One honest choice at a time.
