Hey, I’m Jen
I know what it feels like to lose trust in yourself.
For a long time, my life was built around survival. I went through things that changed how I saw myself, other people, safety, love, confidence, and the future. I learned how to keep going, but I did not always know how to feel grounded, clear, or in charge of my own life.
On the outside, I could push through.
On the inside, I was exhausted.
I second-guessed myself constantly. I overthought everything. I looked for answers outside of me because I did not fully trust the voice inside of me yet.
Then, a few years ago, a health coach helped me start coming back to myself.
At first, it looked simple: paying attention to what I was putting in my body, taking daily walks, slowing down, checking in with myself, and building small promises I could actually keep.
But those small things changed more than my health.
- They changed how I made decisions.
- They changed how I showed up.
- They changed how I listened to myself.
They helped me move from burned out and reactive to grounded and intentional.
Self-trust is not something you magically wake up with. It is something you rebuild — one honest choice at a time.
That is why I created Rise With Jen.
Now I help people in their 30s and 40s who look like they have it together on the outside, but inside feel exhausted from second-guessing, overwhelmed by options, and quietly stuck in the question: “Is this really it?”
I help you cut through the noise, identify what is actually keeping you stuck, and rebuild the kind of self-trust that holds up when life gets hard.
Real talk: I do not do toxic positivity. I do not do “just believe in yourself.” And I am not here to hand you a fake five-step formula that sounds good but falls apart in real life.
- I do honest conversations.
- I do practical tools.
- I do grounded accountability.
I do the kind of coaching that helps you stop abandoning yourself and start moving with clarity, confidence, and follow-through.
