Weekly Reflection Journal
12 Themed Weeks + Monthly Reviews + Quarterly Assessment (3 Months of Practice)
Self-reflection is the engine of self-trust. When you regularly examine your week — not to judge it, but to learn from it — you develop an intimate understanding of who you are, what you need, and how you grow. This 12-week journal gives you structured themes to guide your reflection while leaving room for your own honest truth.
Coach's Note: The best reflection isn't a performance review of your week. It's a conversation with yourself. Give yourself 20–30 minutes on Sunday evening or Monday morning. Be honest. Be specific. Be kind. This is one of the most important habits you can build.
HOW TO USE THIS JOURNAL
- Complete one weekly template each week
- The first 5 sections of each template are ALWAYS the same — building your baseline
- Section 6 changes each week based on the theme
- At the end of Month 1, 2, and 3, complete the monthly review
- At the end of Week 12, complete the quarterly assessment
- Keep this private — write without self-censorship
