30 Days of Prompts to Rebuild Your Relationship With Yourself
Self-trust is not blind optimism. It's a quiet, earned knowing that you can count on yourself — to feel what you feel, to handle what comes, to make decisions you can stand behind. It's built one honest day at a time. These 30 prompts are designed to do exactly that.
Coach's Note: Here's what I want you to notice about self-trust: it's not about always making the right choice. It's about trusting that you'll handle whatever happens — including the wrong choices. That shift is everything.
WEEK 1: KNOWING YOURSELF
Day 1
What is your relationship with yourself right now — in this season? Describe it like you'd describe a friendship.
Day 2
When was the last time you trusted your gut completely — and it was right? Describe it in full detail.
Day 3
What does your body tell you when something is wrong? When something is right? Describe your inner signals.
Day 4
Where in your life are you not trusting yourself right now? What would change if you did?
Day 5
What promise have you made to yourself that you keep breaking? What does that pattern cost you?
Day 6
Write about a time you betrayed your own knowing — you knew something and ignored it anyway. What happened?
Day 7
What is your inner voice trying to tell you right now that you've been avoiding? Write it here. All of it.
WEEK 2: HEALING YOUR SELF-TRUST
Day 8
When did you first stop trusting yourself? What happened to create that break? Be specific.
Day 9
Who have you outsourced your self-trust to? (Who do you check with before trusting yourself?) What would it take to bring that trust back inside?
Day 10
Write a letter of apology to yourself — for the times you didn't listen, didn't honor, didn't protect yourself.
Day 11
What would you do differently today if you fully trusted your own judgment?
Day 12
Describe a time when you trusted yourself and it worked out — even if it was scary. What did that teach you?
Day 13
What opinions or preferences do you keep hidden because you don't trust that they're valid? Name them here.
Day 14
If self-trust were a muscle, how would you rate its current strength (1–10)? What would it need to grow?
WEEK 3: BUILDING SELF-TRUST
Day 15
Make yourself one promise today — something small and specific. Something you will actually keep. What is it? Write it here and keep it.
Day 16
What decision have you been avoiding? What does your gut say (not your fear, your gut)? Write both, clearly labeled.
Day 17
What have you been telling yourself you "can't" do? Challenge that. What's the evidence you actually can?
Day 18
Describe three things you've handled this week that required resilience or competence. Be specific and generous.
Day 19
Write about a belief you have about yourself that isn't true but feels true. Where does it come from? Is the source reliable?
Day 20
What would the most self-trusting version of you do today that your current self is hesitating about?
Day 21
You are three weeks in. What has shifted? What feels different in how you see yourself?
WEEK 4: LIVING FROM SELF-TRUST
Day 22
Describe your ideal relationship with yourself one year from now. Be specific about what you believe, how you speak to yourself, and what you do.
Day 23
What one habit — if practiced daily — would most build your self-trust? What's stopping you from starting?
Day 24
Write your Self-Trust Manifesto — a personal declaration of how you commit to showing up for yourself going forward.
Day 25
What have you been waiting for permission to do? Consider this your permission. What will you do with it?
Day 26
What relationship in your life would most benefit from you showing up with more self-trust? How would it change things?
Day 27
How has your self-talk changed over these 27 days? Give specific examples of before and after.
Day 28
Write a letter from your future self — 5 years from now — to today's self. What does she want you to know about self-trust?
Day 29
What has been your biggest breakthrough this month? Don't minimize it. Describe it fully.
Day 30
You have spent 30 days rebuilding your relationship with yourself. What does self-trust feel like in your body today? What are you taking forward from here?
