THE COMPLETE AUDIO SCRIPT
(Read this as a guide for your own practice, or as context for the audio session)
OPENING (Minutes 0–2): Arrival
"Find a comfortable position — sitting or lying down. Close your eyes if that feels safe. Take a moment to arrive here, in this body, in this moment.
Take one deep breath in through your nose... hold for a moment... and release slowly through your mouth. Two more like that. Let each exhale release any tension you carried into this moment.
Place one hand on your heart. Feel it beating. It has been beating without your instruction, keeping you alive, showing up for you — even on the days you forgot to show up for yourself. Take a moment of genuine appreciation for that.
You are here. You are alive. That is enough to begin."
BODY ACTIVATION (Minutes 2–4): Physical Confidence
"Now, without opening your eyes, adjust your position to the most confident version of yourself right now. Lengthen your spine. Roll your shoulders back and down. Lift your chin slightly. Let your feet feel heavy and grounded.
Notice how you feel differently in this position. Your body and your brain are in constant conversation. When your body says 'I am open, I am grounded, I am here' — your brain listens.
Take three more breaths from this posture. With each breath in, feel yourself filling more fully into this confident stance. With each breath out, release any smallness you've been carrying."
EVIDENCE ACTIVATION (Minutes 4–6): Remembering Your Capability
"I want you to call to mind one specific time — just one — when you handled something difficult. You may not have handled it perfectly. You may have been scared. But you showed up. You did it.
Hold that memory for a moment. Let your body feel it. That's real. That happened. It's in your history now, and no one can take it from you.
That same person — the one who handled that — is here with you right now. She is you. She is available to you today.
Add to this memory another one — a time you were braver than you expected. And another. Let them layer, one on top of the other, until you are sitting in a pile of evidence of your own capability. This is who you are."
AFFIRMATION SEQUENCE (Minutes 6–8): Priming Your Mind
"Silently or out loud, repeat each of these after me, and let them sink in — don't just say the words, let them land.
'I am worthy of everything I desire.' ... Let that land.
'My voice matters and my perspective is valuable.' ... Let that land.
'I trust myself to handle whatever today brings.' ... Let that land.
'I am becoming more of who I want to be every single day.' ... Let that land.
'I belong in every room I choose to enter.' ... Let that land.
'I am enough, exactly as I am, right now.' ... Let that land.
If any of those statements brought resistance — that's the most important one. Come back to it. Say it again. The resistance is where the growth is."
VISUALIZATION (Minutes 8–9): Your Confident Day
"Imagine yourself moving through today as the most confident version of yourself. Not performing confidence — actually being her.
Picture a specific moment today that feels significant — a meeting, a conversation, a task. See yourself showing up fully. Voice steady. Posture open. Eyes clear. You are not performing for anyone. You are simply being who you are.
How does it feel in your body? Hold that feeling. Your nervous system is learning it. Your brain is rehearsing it. When you encounter that moment today, your body will remember this feeling.
This is available to you. This is who you are becoming."
CLOSING (Minute 9–10): Intention and Action
"Take one final breath. On the exhale, set your intention for today.
What is the one thing you commit to, today, for your confidence? It can be small. Say yes to something. Speak up once. Honor one boundary. Show up for yourself in one specific way.
When you're ready, slowly open your eyes. Carry this feeling with you. You have 10 minutes — let's make this day count."
