What shapes the recommendation

  • The decision or pattern you want to change
  • The time needed to practice and integrate
  • Session cadence and between-session support
  • Whether a focused or longer partnership fits best
What can change

The usual starting point

Most private-coaching recommendations begin with 12 weeks of weekly 90-minute sessions focused on helping you decide more clearly, act in alignment, and build self-trust through follow-through. Shorter or longer plans may be recommended.

How confidence coaching cost and investment are determined

Jen does not publish a one-size-fits-all price while pretending every coaching need has the same scope. The usual private starting point is 12 weeks of weekly 90-minute sessions, but the appropriate container depends on the focus, desired support, and whether coaching is a responsible fit.

During the free Breakthrough Session, you can ask about structure, communication, payment, and what is included. Jen shares the complete investment before any commitment so you can make a considered decision without surprise fees.

Compare coaching packages by usefulness, not pressure

A life-coaching investment should be evaluated against the actual problem you want to solve, the support included, and your willingness to practice between sessions. More access is not automatically more valuable if it does not match how you work.

There is no claim that coaching guarantees income, promotion, relationship, or mental-health outcomes. If private coaching is not the right financial or practical choice, free tools and self-paced resources offer lower-commitment ways to begin.

The usual starting point

Weekly 90-minute sessions create room to understand the pattern, choose an honest next step, and build evidence through follow-through. Jen may recommend a shorter or longer container after your Breakthrough Session.

A client’s experience
Jen helped me sort through the overwhelm, get clear on what I wanted, and map out a real plan. I finally left my old job and started building my own career, which I honestly didn’t think I’d have the courage to do before.
