Frequently Asked Questions
Verified details about Jen’s process, coaching options, pricing, scheduling, and boundaries.
What is the Free Breakthrough Session?
A free 30-minute fit conversation for people considering ongoing coaching. You do not need to complete a tool, course, or purchase first. Its outcome is a fit decision—not the result of a paid coaching engagement. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
What is the Decision Trust Session?
A request-only 60-minute session for one decision you keep reopening. Availability and payment details are confirmed manually. It costs $100, focuses on one recurring decision, and does not use instant checkout or imply that the request is booked.
What is a Product Support Call?
Included purchase support for an eligible paid product; it is not a general coaching entry. It helps an eligible purchaser apply the resource and is not marketed as a general coaching entry.
What does ongoing coaching cost?
Career Coaching is $1,200 for 6 private 60-minute sessions over three months, normally every other week. A Career Coaching Session is $150 for one 60-minute session. Payment arrangements are confirmed in writing before enrollment.
Can I end coaching early?
Discuss early-exit terms with Jen before enrolling. The written agreement controls; this page does not promise a refund amount or formula.
What is the rescheduling policy?
Request schedule changes at least 24 hours ahead. A late cancellation may forfeit the session; genuine emergencies are considered case by case.
What is Jen’s coaching approach?
Jen brings live questions, reflection, practical structure, and respectful challenge to the decision, pattern, or change you bring. You keep the context, the values, and the final decision. The exact questions and exercises vary with the situation rather than following a public script.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Rise With Jen provides collaborative, forward-looking life coaching, not mental-health diagnosis, treatment, or crisis care. Therapy and coaching have different scopes and professional requirements. If you need clinical or crisis support, coaching is not the appropriate service.
Does coaching guarantee an outcome or timeline?
No. Progress can be reviewed through observable actions, decisions, boundaries, and follow-through, but timing and external outcomes vary with the person and context.
Do I have to decide during the Breakthrough Session?
No. Jen can explain the approach, scope, and complete investment. You decide afterward whether another step makes sense; no same-call commitment is required.
