The question keeps coming back.

Your job no longer fits.

But leaving has real consequences, and you’re not sure what would be better.

A new possibility has opened up.

You keep weighing it against what you’d be giving up.

You’re ready for a change.

Then doubt sends you back to researching the same options.

Leaving the question open can take energy and put opportunities on hold. Waiting can also be sensible when money, safety, or preparation needs attention. Coaching makes room to weigh both.

You don’t need perfect certainty.

You can work toward a decision you can explain to yourself, a question worth investigating, or a next step that fits your responsibilities. There’s no pressure to quit before you’re ready, and no promise that every unknown will disappear.

Hi, I’m Jen.

I left college after about three months. Years later, completing my life-coaching certification gave me evidence that I could follow through on a commitment and try again.

When I shared my story in September 2026, I’d been back for about a year and was halfway through my degree. Changes to my environment and support from mentors and coaches helped me keep going.

In coaching, I listen closely, ask curious questions, and ask permission before offering advice. You keep the final say.

Clarify what matters

Name the question and what’s brought it back. Decide what matters most to you.

Explore with evidence

Check assumptions against what you know. Try a manageable experiment where it makes sense.

Choose and move

Choose a practical step and what new information would make it worth looking again.

Choose the support that fits.

A few questions before you start

What if I don’t know what I want yet?
That’s a place to begin. You don’t need a career plan or a neatly defined decision before asking for support.
Will you tell me which career to choose?
No. I’ll help you examine what fits and challenge assumptions respectfully. The choice stays yours; no outcome is guaranteed.
Does the call commit me to coaching?
No. Request a time to explore whether ongoing coaching fits. Jen will confirm it afterward. You can ask questions before deciding.
